Homemade Ice-Cream

Homemade Yogurt-Using Powdered Milk

To make 1 quart:

3 ¾ cups of warm water
1 2/3 cups instant nonfat dry milk
2 tablespoons store-bought, plain yogurt with active yogurt cultures
