Now for more details on the planner....
If you are like me, you have a Home Management Binder, a homeschool planning binder, a calendar, a journal, a book journal...the list goes on. I have binders and notebooks for all kinds of things. What I wanted was a way to pull it all together into one binder. I could have ONE "small" notebook that contained my daily to do lists, daily cleaning chores, my daily routines, appointments, read-alouds for the day, reading lists, journal of memories, etc. I wanted to have everything I need to get through the day and know what needs to happen - what cleaning is to be done, what baking/cooking needs to be done, what books to read-aloud that day, etc. I have compiled everything into this ebook to share with you, so you can make your very own planner!
I did not intend this planner to be an exhaustive list of forms. There are many more things that could be added. I simply wanted to share the "bare bones" of my own planner - how to put it together for easy use, and provide some forms to get you started. Have fun!
This ebook includes the following:
Note: All of my ebooks are in PDF format and can be opened, read, and saved with the free Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer or need to update your version, click here to go to their website and download it.

Oh, thank you Sheri! I opened up the Word document and saw the 12 pages and said "Is this it? I thought I saw more on her sample pages." then I opened up the PDF file and it was incredible!!!! Thanks for your hard work and for re-sending it to me.. I love it! For the children's weekly schedule, I am going to add their spelling words for the week down the side column. I have 5 children in different grades.... anyway, I am going on and on, but thanks so much. This planner is truly a gem, and you can quote me on that!

| I just wanted to write to you to tell you how much I love your Intentional Planner - I purchased it last night and haven't been able to put it down and stop looking at! Thanks so much for giving me a way to keep everything organized and in one place - I used to have a book binder, curriculum binder, weekly binder, cleaning binder - at least 10 binders... Now I have 2 - my Intentional Planner and my Control Journal! Thanks so much again for such an easy way to keep everything together! |

| Hello, just a note to let you know that I love your planner. I have many planners that I have downloaded, and some were too busy, some too light - this one is perfect - you have not swamped us with too many pages, but you have given us all the pages we need and I thank you for your efforts. It will surely be a blessing to our family. | |

| This planner is based on an excellent concept - to plan intentionally to include in your days and week's all the things that really matter, and to have one small journal that pulls together all the planning and record keeping for the many facets of our busy lives. The planner has many different pages for you to use, but the heart of it is the editable daily planner pages, which I just LOVE! These are unlike anything I've seen before. On these pages, one for each day of the week, there is a box down the left of the page into which you input your own daily routines, morning, afternoon and evening. The rest of the page is divided into 4 sections - Appointments, with hourly time slots and lines to write on, Read-Alouds for Today, with space for you to list what you will read aloud to your children today, My Quiet Hour Reading, for you to list what you're reading to yourself, and Notes. Remember, this is FULLY editable, so you could change these headings if you desire. What I love about this section is that I've created my own pages from them, with my own daily routines. Each week I print off the next week's worth, then sit down and plan my week. Each day, I open my binder to the front page, and there is everything I need to keep my day on track. I check off the items in my routines, can see what appointments I have, know what books to read to the kids, and have noted anyone I need to call etc. These pages are designed as full size pages. Personally, as I wanted to create a smaller notebook, I've just printed the pages on half size sheets, shrunk down, and still find they work well for me. I use the reverse of the page to write my running to-dos for the day. At the end of each day, I carry any undone to-dos over to the next day, and throw out the page for the completed day. I also love the weekly evaluation sheet, which asks 7 important questions to help you think about all the main areas of your life, what you need to grow, and what practical steps you can take. There are also monthly planner pages, daily journal pages, gift lists, reading journals, school planning pages and goal sheets. But enough from me - take a look at the samples and details on Sheri's website. |
